Дальневосточный завод «Звезда» станет прочным основанием для создания на его базе судостроительного кластера в качестве крупного производственного центра для внутреннего рынка России. Об этом заявил президент страны на рабочем совещании, которое проходило во Владивостоке в четверг, 13 ноября 2020 года.

В.В.Путин напомнил всем присутствующим, что вопросы развития судостроения в области обсуждались в его предыдущий приезд в Приморье. И вот уже сегодня готов проект строительства мощного судостроительного кластера, который позволит выпускать мастерам надежные, конкурентоспособные суда. Глава государства объяснил, что в перспективе — разработка шельфовых месторождений Арктики и Дальнего Востока. А это значит, что гражданский флот будет весьма востребован нефтяными и газовыми компаниями России. При этом Владимир Путин подчеркнул, что отечественный продукт должен быть высокого качества с тем, чтобы иметь возможность конкурировать с иностранными судами.

На совещании присутствовал губернатор Приморья В.Миклушевский, президент «Роснефьт» И.Сенич, министр промышленности и торговли Д.Мантуров, заместитель председателя правительства РФ Д.Рогозин, помощник президента РФ А.Белоусов, другие представители министерств и ведомств.

Напомним, что данный комплекс создается по поручению президента от 30 августа 2013 года, данному по итогам совещания «О перспективах развития отечественного гражданского судостроения».
